I offer Swedish and Deep Tissue  utilizing a various techniques detailed in each service description. 

I focus on emitting a heart-centered, high-vibrational frequency while I work intuitively. By allowing my own chi/prana energy to flow, I am able to help facilitate via physical touch an increase of your own energy flow, facilitating a reduction of stress and bodily tension. 

I also offer the option of additional elements such as soothing music, aromatherapy and massage oil to enhance your experience.
